HOUSTON (AP) - NFL quarterback Vince Young has sued his ex-agent and a former financial adviser alleging fraud, breach of contract and misappropriation of funds.
The Houston Chronicle reported the lawsuit filed Monday in Houston claims misappropriation of millions of dollars since Young was drafted by the Titans in 2006. He signed a contract worth at least $54 million.
The lawsuit names attorney Major Adams II of Houston, financial adviser Ronnie T. Peoples and Raleigh, N.C.-based Peoples Financial Service Inc.
Adams and Peoples did not immediately return messages Tuesday for comment.
Young, who's from Houston, was released by the Titans last July. The former University of Texas star played for the Eagles in 2011 and signed with Buffalo last month.
Young two years ago hired sports agent Tom Condon.
