CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- A nearly four hour standoff in Clarksville ended with one man being arrested.
Police said that they received a tip that wanted criminal Abdujuan Napper was at a residence on Needmore Road Tuesday afternoon. Officers were told that Napper was well armed and off his medications.
When officers arrived at the home they heard a woman and man inside arguing. Police directed the residents to come out side. After she did, the woman told police that Napper was inside the house. When directed to come out of the house Napper refused leading to a police standoff.
The standoff ended around 4:30pm after Crisis Negotiators convinced Napper to come out of the home unarmed.
Napper was arrested and charged with domestic assault, felon in possession of a firearm and criminal impersonation.
