NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro Police busted a marijuana garden in North Nashville after simply asking the homeowner for a tour.
Police said that officers arrived at a home on Fairwin Avenue in North Nashville Tuesday and asked the homeowner if they could search the house. The homeowner, 21-year-old Bernie Sands consented and later admitted to growing marijuana in the home.
Officers confiscated 31 plants from the home.
Sands was charged with felony marijuana possession and was freed on a $5,500 bond.
