NASHVILLE, Tenn.- The Tennessee Court of appeals has struck down two appeals filed by Jason Burdick also known as the Wooded Rapist.
The decision came down Wednesday.
In the Williamson case Burdick claimed authorities violated his constitutional rights when officers stopped him. And in both cases he said there wasn't enough evidence to convict him. But the appeals court disagreed, and ruled against him.
