CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- In Clarksville an alert neighbor caught a two burglars red-handed
Police said that around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday a neighbor watched a man on at a home on Circle Drive, get out of a car talking on a cell phone, knock on the door of the home and then get picked up a short time later by the same vehicle. The neighbor thought this was suspicious and called police.
According to police, the neighbor watched as the vehicle returned to the home and the same man got out of the car, kicked in the door and took an item from the house. The neighbor, who was on the phone with Clarksville Police, was able to provide a detailed description of the vehicle, suspects and their clothing, and the direction the vehicle was traveling when it left.
Clarksville Police soon arrived on the scene and canvassed the area, quickly locating the car on Haynes Street. The two men inside the car were later identified as two suspects who broke into the Circle Drive home. Police also found property in the vehicle which had been taken from the house.
The two men, 25-year-old Jacquez Reese and 33-year-old Kason Hariston were arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.
