NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Firefighters had a tough time putting out an early morning fire at a north Nashville convenience store.
Flames broke out just after 4 a.m. Friday at the Jando Market on 14th Avenue North.
Metal bars on the windows made it tough for firefighters to get inside, and they had to cut through the roof to fight the flames.
Witnesses told us the store has only been open for about two weeks, and the grand opening sign was still in the window.
The owners and their family said they are frustrated, and everything was running smoothly until now.
Fire investigators will try to figure out how the fire started.
