Man Wanted On Escape, Probation Violation Charges

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man on probation in Clarksville is now wanted on escape and probation violation charges.

James Derrick Cook, 23, was furloughed from jail in December 2011 to seek medical treatment, but did not complete the program or return to the jail as instructed by a court order.

He is on probation until 2022 for six burglaries and two thefts.

Anyone with information is asked to call 931-645-8477 or 911 if they see him.
