Convicted Sex Offender In Jail After Flashing Waitress

SUMMERTOWN, Tenn. -A convicted sex offender is back in jail tonight after exposing himself to a teenage girl at a mid-state restaurant.

Scott Lehman was already on probation for his conviction on a charge of sexual battery by an authority figure. He drove to a Sonic restaurant in Summertown, placed an order, and when a waitress brought his food out, he exposed himself to her.

A judge sentenced him to 90 days in jail.
