Man Allegedly Set Clothes On Fire During Domestic Argument

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A man was arrested after setting a shirt and blanket on fire during an argument with his wife at a Madison apartment complex.

Police said Benjamin west was outside of his Lexington Garden apartment when he told his wife he was tired of life and did not care anymore.

He then went back inside the apartment and dropped lit matches to a pile of clothes on the floor. The fire was extinguished, and no one was hurt.

West was charged with aggravated arson.
