CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Police in Clarksville want to identify a woman who tricked an 81-year-old man into withdrawing $400 from his bank account.

Police said the woman told the man, who was driving in the Marina park area, that she was citing him for a motor vehicle violation as a representative of the Clarksville Police Department. She told him it would cost $600, but she would cut him a break and only charge him $400.

She went to the bank with him, where he withdrew $400 and gave it to her.
