LEBANON, Tenn.- A Lebanon woman has been arrested by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation after making over $100,000 in counterfeit money.
Officials said that 35-year-old Stacy Rene Peters was indicted Tuesday on four counts of criminal simulation $1,000 to $10,000 and one count of criminal simulation $10,000 to $60,000.
According to the TBI, Peters had been involved in a counterfeit money making operation in Wilson County since 2011. During an undercover investigation into the operation officers arrested Jeffrey Scott Moore who led them to Peters.
Peters was booked into the Wilson County Jail and released on bond.
