MARSHALL COUNTY, Tenn.- The teenager accused of killing a Marshall County woman will be tried as an adult.
According to officials, although Jerron Braden was 17 when he killed Penny Coyle he will be tried as an adult. In November 2011 Marshall County authorities found 51-year-old Coyle slumped in the driver's seat of a car on Old Rock Crusher Road.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Braden a month later and prosecutors petitioned to have him tried as an adult.
