Reward Offered For Missing 13-Year-Old In Shelbyville

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – A $1,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to the return of an endangered runaway teen from Shelbyville.

Shelbyville/Bedford County Crime Stoppers is offering the reward in the disappearance of 13-year-old Joanna Cheyanne Starr Belcher. She was last seen the night of Friday, June 22, and has not been seen or heard from since.

She is described as a white female with sandy hair and hazel eyes. She weighs approximately 120 pounds, and is 4'11". Her ears are pierced and she has a round scar on one of her thighs.

Authorities said she may have changed her hair color after leaving her home. She may also go by the name Cheyanne Starr.
