1 lb chicken strips

1/4 c dale's Seasoning

1 med. onion

1 med. green bell pepper

1 med. red bell pepper

8 (6-inch) soft flour tortillas


Grated cheese

Chunky Salsa

Sour Cream


Marinate the chicken strips in dale's Seasoning overnight, then sauté/cook the meat in a skillet with onions and green and red bell peppers. When completely cooked, place on soft flour tortillas topped with grated cheese. Then roll and top with chunky salsa and sour cream.

Cooking and prep time less than 30 minutes.
