NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Part of
the massive Nashville West shopping center has been sold. The upscale center is
being sold to a real estate investment company for $73 million. Developers call
the move a re capitalization of the project which paves the way to complete the
center and bring more retailers and restaurants to west Nashville.
The $700,000 square foot
shopping center on Charlotte Pike includes stores like Target, Best Buy, World
Market, and Old Navy.
