Predators Sign Free Agent Defenseman Mike Moore

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Nashville Predators have signed free agent defenseman Mike Moore to a one-year, two-way contract.

The 27-year-old Moore has spent the past four seasons in the San Jose organization, mostly with the AHL Worchester Sharks. He played in six NHL games with San Jose in 2010-11.

The Predators said his contract is worth $550,000 at the NHL level and $105,000 in the AHL.
