NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Three teenagers have escaped state custody by assaulting a guard in the Donelson area.

Police said the three females escaped from Clover Bottom on Stewarts Ferry Pike just after 1:15 a.m. Wednesday. They fled in a white 2012 Ford Fusion with a Tennessee license plate 92H1-348.

It was unclear how they got access to a car, or where they may be headed.

One of them was identified as 18-year-old Porsha Phillips. The other two are juveniles.

Clover Bottom is a developmental center.
