FRANKLIN, Tenn.- Detectives in Franklin are searching for a man they said stole more than $2,000 worth of merchandise from a local Walmart.

Police said the robbery happened at the Walmart on Mallory Lane on June 6. Officials said the man left the store after placing several high dollar audio headphone sets into an ottoman with a removable top.

Police hope that newly released surveillance photos will help them track down the shoplifter.
