Salad Ingredients:
Heirloom Tomatoes (Buffalo Valley Farms your local organic Farmer)
Chopped Green Onion
Fresh Strawberries
Purple Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Tablespoon Sugar
Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice of ½ lime
Salt & Pepper
Crème Fraiche
Local Grocery Crème Fraiche (found at Whole Foods, Trader Joes in the Dairy next to sour cream)
Add Picked Blackberries crushed by hand
Squeeze Lime Juice
Tablespoon sugar in the raw
Let rest for 15 minutes
Fish
Your favorite mild white fish (scaled and deboned)
Pan Sear with EVOO (Mise en Place)
Top with fresh herbs (whatever you have, we grow our own)
Saute Until brown and crispy – flip – wait 30 seconds serve
