Missing Shelbyville Teen Found In Alabama

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – A missing endangered runaway teen from Shelbyville has been located safely.

Officials said that 13-year-old Joanna Cheyanne Starr Belcher was found Friday in Decatur, Alabama. She had been missing since June 27.

Police said that Belcher was on her way back to Shelbyville.
