NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A man accused of exposing people to HIV in two states has been charged with criminal exposure.
Glenn Frank, 34, was arrested Thursday. Police said he had sex with a woman back in January and didn't tell her he had the virus. She found out later and reported it to police.
Frank has already been convicted of criminal exposure in Davidson County and New Orleans. He also has a third case pending.
He was held on $75,000 bond.
