NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says one of the state's most wanted fugitives has been captured in Indianapolis.

The TBI said U.S. marshals caught 25-year-old Cedric Monteze Leavy of Memphis on Tuesday. He was wanted by the Tipton County Sheriff's Office for first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and felony possession of a firearm.

The charges grew out of a fight at a bar in Mason, Tenn., on March 25. Investigators said several individuals shot into a crowd outside the business.

The TBI said Leavy is a felon with arrests on various charges dating back to 2005.
