LEBANON, Tenn. – A purse snatching outside a Lebanon Kroger was caught on surveillance video.

Lebanon police said the victim was outside the store on West Main Street on Tuesday night loading her groceries into her vehicle. A woman approached her from behind, and told her to give up her purse or she would be harmed. The suspect grabbed her purse, but the victim fought back.

Eventually, the robber was able to get the purse away from the woman. The woman got into a dark colored, four door sedan with tinted windows. It was driven by a male accomplice.

Police said the woman was not seriously injured.
