Search Continues For West Nashville Gunman

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro Police continue to search for the masked gunman who entered a West Nashville business on Monday afternoon.

Police said that a masked man, driving a silver Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Marquis pulled into the Direct Auto Insurance office on White Bridge Pike just after 4 p.m. Monday. The man ran to the front door of the business and entered.

According to police the manager of Direct Insurance saw the gunman approaching and was able to hid and later call police. When police arrived the gunman had already fled the scene.

Anyone with information about this crime was asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
