Murfreesboro Man Charged With Indecent Exposure

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Murfreesboro Police said a drunken homeless man greeted folks on the greenway there with a full moon.

Officers found Eldwin Way passed out with his pants pulled down near Bridge Avenue Monday evening.

Police said he smelled strongly of an intoxicant, and couldn't stand by himself. A check revealed he had two outstanding warrants for probation violation. Those charges were tacked onto others of public intoxication, and indecent exposure.
