NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A man with over 50 convictions on his record was arrested again by Metro Police after getting into a fight outside a bar.
The fight occurred outside a downtown bar around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said that 42-year-old Martin Harvey got into a fight with a 26-year-old Michigan man after Harvey asked him for money. Officials said the victim was repeatedly punched before Harvey fled with his cell phone.
Harvey was charged with assault and was being held in lieu of $40,000 bond. Police said his previous convictions ranged from theft to resisting police to criminal trespassing and motor vehicle burglary.
