SPRING HILL, Tenn. – A man accused of performing lewd acts on the property of an elementary school in Spring Hill has been convicted of some counts.
Daniel Torroll was found guilty Thursday of two counts of public indecency and two counts of indecent exposure. He was found not guilty of one count of disorderly conduct.
On August 11, 2011, the 56-year-old was seen carrying a duffle bag and walking underneath a bridge on Prescott Way, which sits immediately adjacent to Allendale Elementary
An officer responded and found him naked and engaging in a lewd act with a plastic doll.
A grand jury later indicted him on several counts.
Torroll will be sentenced on August 20.
