NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro Police and the FBI have offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a person who robbed the Pinnacle Bank in Hermitage earlier this week.
The suspect walked into the bank just after 2 p.m. on Tuesday and fired shots at an employee. He was able to flee the scene with cash.
Officials said the suspect was wearing a fishing hat, sunglasses, and either body paint or dark make-up covering his face. He was said to be a white man, about 5'7" with a thin build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing jeans, a blue plaid shirt, and a backpack.
Police said the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this crime was asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
