Police Investigate North Nashville Shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Saturday night, Metropolitan Nashville Police were on the scene of a shooting near Fisk University.

Shots were fired on the corner of Herman Street and 16th Avenue North. Police said a woman called them and told them a man with a gunshot wound showed up at her door. The victim told police someone tried to rob him.

He said when he ran away, someone shot at him and hit him three times. Police are looking for the gunman.
