NASHVILLE, Tenn.- The infant daughter of a Missouri family who crashed on Interstate 24 last week has been released from Vanderbilt, and transferred to a hospital in her home state.
Officials said that three-month-old Veralyn Ivanchuk was critically injured when troopers say her father, Andrew Ivanchuk fell asleep at the wheel, and ran off the interstate in Rutherford County. His wife Veralyn's mother 21-year-old Danielle Ivanchuk, died at the scene.
Police said the three were headed to Florida.
