Boner Plans To Turn Himself In On Vandalism Charges

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Incumbent Rutherford County Property Assessor, Bill Boner said he plans to turn himself into authorities on vandalism charges on Friday.

Boner's opponent Rob Mitchell swore out a warrant against Boner after the assessor took down one of his campaign signs at a movie theater last month. Boner says he'll turn himself in on Friday but not without a fight, he said he also plans to file a false arrest lawsuit.
