ESTILL SPRING, Tenn.- A 16-year-old driver was killed in a crash on Estill Springs early Friday morning.
Officers with the Estill Springs Police Department said that a 16-year-old Jay Sisk was driving down Highway 41A early Friday morning around 7 a.m. when he drifted into oncoming traffic and crashed into two trucks.
Emergency responders from the Estill Springs Police Department as well as the Franklin County Sheriff Department and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the crash. Sisk was killed in the crash; the other two drivers were not injured.
The teen's name was not released. He attended Franklin County High School.
