Children Escape Apartment Fire

GOODLETSVILLE, Tenn.- A group of children were able to escape an apartment fire Saturday morning.

Five people were inside the Lodge North Apartments on Moss Trail in Goodlettsville at the time, including several children, who neighbors say, were being watched by a baby-sitter.

Firefighters say it looks like the fire started on a mattress. They were able to keep it from spreading to other apartments.
