Hoeganaes Semi Overturns In Sumner County

SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn.- One person was injured with a tractor trailer from the local Hoeganaes Plant overturned.

The crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Long Hollow Pike and Hwy 109 in Sumner County. Two lanes of Long Hollow Pike were closed while crews worked to clear the scene.

Officials said since the truck came from the Hoeganaes Plant and was carrying possible hazardous material, the road could be blocked for some time. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. It was unclear what caused the crash.
