NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A man wanted for murder in Texas was arrested after a routine traffic stop in Nashville overnight.
An officer stopped Ramon Rodriguez around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday on Old Hickory Boulevard for a cracked tail light. The officer ran his plates, and found Rodriguez had a warrant out for first degree murder in Texas and took him into custody.
He was held in the Davidson County Jail, awaiting extradition to El Paso.
