MARSHALL COUNTY, Tenn. – A firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion while fighting a massive fire outside a facility in Marshall County.
It took fire crews several hours to contain the fire that started around 5 p.m. Wednesday. Employees inside the Tennessee Technical Coating Facility on Higgs Road noticed the lights inside the building flickering and went outside to find barrels full of paint thinner had exploded.
The building was not damaged.
No one was hurt.
