Beginning Saturday morning, NewsChannel 5 must reduce the power of its VHF signal for a protracted period of time so crews can install a new antenna on the top of our tower.
This lower power level will remain in effect for approximately 2 weeks and could affect your ability to receive NewsChannel 5, particularly at great distances from Nashville.
If you lose reception completely, please attempt to re-scan your television or converter box. Refer to your device's owner's manual for instructions to rescan.
Our translator signal will remain at full power during this period.
