NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police hope to find two men who allegedly robbed and assaulted two women during a home invasion in south Nashville.
Police said one of the women was sleeping inside a home in the 2200 block of Sadler Avenue when two men entered through an unlocked door around 3 a.m. Monday.
The two armed men began making demands and even assaulted the woman. When a second roommate walked in on the robbery, she was also reportedly assaulted.
Police said the two men stole items from the house and ransacked a car before fleeing the house on foot.
Police brought out K-9s to search, but were unsuccessful.
One of the thieves has been described as a white man about 25-years old. He was wearing a gray hoodie with red writing on the front. He also had on a white bandana, with an ace bandage over one hand and a glove over the other.
The second robber has been described as a white man around 5'9" and 180 pounds. He had on a white and blue plaid shirt with blue jeans. He has been described as having blond hair.
