Man Arrested For Fourth DUI After Allegedly Striking Parked Car
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – A man was arrested for his fourth DUI after allegedly striking a parked car in a Franklin neighborhood.
Franklin Police discovered 54-year-old Richard Kloete unconscious inside the vehicle that had hit another car in the 1600 block of Championship Boulevard in the Westhaven Subdivision shortly after midnight Sunday.
Kloete allegedly had his foot resting on the gas pedal, the car still running and in drive. Officers determined he was impaired, and took him into custody. He was charged with his fourth DUI, which is a felony.
He was released on $25,000 bond, and is due in court on August 23.
