REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Rehoboth Beach police said a Tennessee man has been charged with DUI after an alleged hit-and-run.
Twenty-eight-year-old Warren Allen III of Nashville was also charged with resisting arrest with force and numerous other offenses. He was released on $5,900 secured bond.
Police tell the Daily Times of Salisbury that on Sunday, Allen was involved in a hit-and-run accident near First Street and Maryland Avenue. Officer said once he was found, Allen became combative, kicking officers and emergency service personnel.
