Crocs Founder Blames Taylor Swift For Colorado DUI
BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - The 51-year old co-founder of Crocs Inc. told police in Colorado that his girlfriend 22-year old Taylor Swift was the one actually driving the car when he was pulled over for DUI.
The Daily Camera reported George Brian Boedecker Jr. was arrested after a witness told police she saw a man passed out behind the wheel of a Porsche Carrera with the engine running over the weekend. Police and paramedics say that when Boedecker got out of the car, which was parked partly on the sidewalk, he allegedly smelled of alcohol, had trouble keeping his balance and was slurring his words.
According to The Smoking Gun the millionaire said his girlfriend, 22-year old Taylor Swift was the one actually driving the car.
When officers asked where Swift had gone, Boedecker gestured towards a neighboring yard and "said she was in Nashville."
