NASHVILLE,
Tenn.- The Davidson County grand jury has indicted a man and his girlfriend on
vehicular homicide charges for a deadly
hit-and-run crash.
Officials said Bradshaw is alleged to have been drunk and behind
the wheel of the Toyota Scion that struck two pedestrians on Demonbreun Street around
2:30 a.m., and then fled from the scene. Bradshaw later surrendered himself at
police headquarters and was booked on two counts of felony vehicular assault
and one count of leaving the scene of an injury crash.Bradshaw's girlfriend,
Erin C. Brown, 21was the front seat passenger in the vehicle during the crash
and received minor injuries.
The
two men struck, Michael Booksher and Tommy Allen later died of their injuries.
