NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Titans have signed offensive linemen Michael Jasper and Jonathan Palmer to boost their roster numbers up to 90 after a couple of injuries.
Center Eugene Amano tore his right triceps early in training camp, left guard Steve Hutchinson has been getting some time off for rest and tackle Mike Otto dislocated his ring finger Tuesday night. Coach Mike Munchak said Wednesday they wanted some depth.
The 6-foot-4, 375-pound Jasper was on Buffalo's practice last season and on the active roster for the final week. A seventh-round draft pick out of Bethel, Jasper is a native of Mount Juliet, Tenn.
Palmer, 6-5 and 338 pounds, has spent time on practice squads in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Carolina and Arizona since finishing his college career at Auburn.
