NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro Police want to discover what led up to the shooting of a man outside a Hermitage gas station.
Police said two men met at the Mapco in the 5400 block of Old Hickory Boulevard around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Somehow, one of the men was shot in the hand, and the shooter fled in the victim's Chevrolet Trailblazer, which had Wilson County tags.
The victim's wound was not life-threatening.
Detectives will continue to investigate what led up to the shooting.
