NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two men have been arrested in a violent home invasion in East Nashville over the weekend.
Michael Woosley and James Pinkleton were charged with especially aggravated robbery in connection with the home invasion on Ardee Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police said three men kicked down the door of an apartment. They made the victims empty their pockets, and then opened fire.
A bullet grazed one of the victims, and another man was hit over the head with a gun. Neither were seriously hurt, but one was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Police said the burglars took cash and an Xbox gaming system.
A K-9 unit tracked down Woosley after an intense search in the woods that lasted three hours.
Pinkleton was arrested after further investigation and questioning of victims.
Woosley and Pinkleton face four counts each of especially aggravated robbery. Each count carries a $125,000 bond.
Police have not arrested nor identified the third suspect.
