NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A crash on Interstate 24 eastbound in Davidson County caused an 18-wheeler to drop its load of boxes, near Joelton.
The crash between two 18-wheelers happened around 5 a.m. Monday at mile marker 32. It appeared one of the 18-wheelers' trailers broke open, spilling a load of boxes all over the interstate.
No injuries were reported.
Traffic was down to one lane until about 7:15 a.m. as crews worked to clear the roadway. Sky 5 HD showed traffic backed up for more than a mile.
