CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- A convicted burglar has been arrested again for stealing vehicles in Clarksville.
Police in Clarksville arrested 30-year-old William Rittenberry after they received a call from a neighbor about suspicious activity in the Bennett Drive area. The neighbor told police that he saw the suspect breaking into two neighborhood cars.
When police arrived in the area, they found Rittenberry with checkbook, check card, and other property which did not belong to him and were able to link him to the break-ins. Rittenberry was charged with three counts of vehicle burglary and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
