Two Job Fairs Held Thursday In Mid-State

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Job seekers in the mid-state have two big opportunities Thursday to find employment.

The Tennessee Career Center in Murfreesboro along with State Representative Mike Sparks are sponsoring a job fair in Rutherford County.

The job fair is at Grace Church Worship and Community Center in La Vergne from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The Metro Police Department, Saks Fifth Avenue, UPS, and several other employers will be there. Bring several copies of your resume and dress professionally.

Also, Baptist Hospital is seeking experienced operating room registered nurses and certified surgical technologists at a career fair from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Gladys Stringfield Owen Education Center auditorium located near the 21st Avenue North entrance of the hospital.
