Body Found Inside Car In Madison Parking Lot

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Metro police are investigating after a man's body was found in a car.

The body was found in the parking lot of the Walmart and Old Time Pottery in Madison just after 8 p.m. Monday. Investigators said there was no obvious sign of a crime, but any time there's an unattended death, police are called to investigate.

The victim was not identified, but officials said the person appeared to be an adult male. Police will continue to investigate.
