TAMPA, Fl.- Dozens of Tennessee Republicans are in Tampa this week as both delegates and guests.
Among them is Williamson County State Senator Jack Johnson, who said that once the convention is over, the Romney - Ryan ticket has a lot of work to do.
"I think that the challenge for Gov. Romney and Congressman Ryan is again to introduce themselves outside of the way the Obama administration is trying to paint them," he said. "I think the challenge over the next couple of months is to lay out that vision and show that he truly cares about all of Americans, including middle class."
Johnson says he's attended every Republican convention since 1988.
